Refreshing Album Review

In  the U.S. one reviewer said of Chris Brown, "He beats women, enough said", but now an Australian reporter from Perth is becoming an internet sensation after writing the following review in X-Press Magazine in Perth.

Here is the story from Take40 Magazine:

Chris Brown Receives Worst Review In History By Chloe Papas -- 'No Stars Ever'

Chris Brown has received a scathing album review from Perth writer Chloe Papas - and it's just about gone and broken the internet!

Chloe's review seems to have struck a chord with music lovers worldwide who might have thought Chris Brown's abuse of Rihanna was all too easily forgiven, and she has made no apology about making her thoughts known!

Some particular gems from her review include: "Chris Brown has released his fifth studio album -- a 19-track repugnant record that we can only hope will be his last!"

She continues by taking a stab at his current single, insisting that "First track Turn Up The Music sets the tone for the whole album; generic, overly auto-tuned, commercialised R&B that could easily be any other artist in the charts right now."

There are basically no redeeming points in the whole review, in fact Chloe remarks that "The whole album is skitzy and has two themes: unprotected sex is super fun and partying is cool."

Some of the review can't be posted on take40.com, as there were a few cheeky words... but we'll leave you with this corker she finished on:

"Regardless of whether Chris Brown has any musical talent (he doesn't) or whether this album is any good (it isn't), the man recently brutally assaulted a woman, and is still regularly invited back to award shows and worshipped by 'Breezy' fans worldwide. Which is, frankly, disgusting... Final words: don't buy this album."

Ouch!
